Position Description: Director of Project CARE
The Director of Project CARE provides vision, leadership and direction, and is responsible for overseeing all programs and services. directorThe Director will develop, implement, administer, and evaluate the development and delivery of high-quality and cost-effective training and consultation programs/services. The position advances Project CARE's mission through the development of the program's strategic plans for fundraising, and the strengthening of partnerships between the program and its contracted trainers, clients, agency partners, and governmental bodies.

Qualifications:
Responsibilities include curriculum development, business development, budgeting, fundraising, marketing, managing staff and trainers, collaboration with donors, and administration of student scholarship program. Strong presentation skills a must with some regional travel required. Experience in Student Assistance Programming helpful. Master's Degree in Education, Business, Social Sciences preferred with 5-7 years related experience required. Salary competitive with benefits.
