Upper Bucks HCHY Coalition shares latest survey results showing reduction in previous 30-day use of alcohol for 8th and 10th graders:
Student Survey Questionnaire- This is a copy of the additional sheet of questions we ask our area youth to complete at the same time they complete the bi-annual, 156-question questionnaire created by Search Institute. These additional questions effectively measure the "four core measures" required by the federal Drug Free Communities (DFC) Support Program- Age of Onset, 30-Day Frequency, Perception of Harm and Perception of Disapproval. This questionnaire was approved by the DFC national evaluation team.
justCommunity, Inc., is the coordinating agency and fiscal agent for the Upper Bucks Healthy Communities Healthy Youth Coalition, (UBHCHY). The UBHCHY Coalition is made up of three coalitions: The Palisades Promise, Pennridge Healthy Communities Healthy Youth Coalition and the Quakertown Healthy Communities. The UBHCHY Coalition is also a member of the Bucks Promise for Healthy Communities and Youth. The UBHCHY is partially funded through a federal grant from the Drug Free Communities Support Program.
