Community Accountability Circles are newly implemented in Upper Bucks County, PA to serve as a bridge between delinquent minor to criminal offenses and their victims. Minor offenders have the opportunity to work with local officials, community members and educational support staff to make up for wrong-doing through counseling, face to face interaction with the victims and taking direct responsibility for their actions through retribution in society.
