Mr. Ken Shapiro, Deputy Administrator of the Federal Drug-Free Communities (DFC) Support Program and Mr. Mike Pennington, Director of the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency’s Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention were among the presenters who gave talks on a variety of topics. Topics included the results of the 2008 Student Support Card, the bi-annual youth survey conducted with 3000 teenagers living in Upper Bucks County, PA. Mr. Lee Rush, Community Organizer and Executive Director of justCommunity reported on results of last year’s acclaimed the Upper Bucks Healthy Communities Healthy Youth Coalition’s Social Norming Campaign to prevent underage drinking.
